Role: Accounts Manager
Location: Visakhapatnam
Experience: 6–10 years (2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance); CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
Job Summary
Manage the company's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting and cash flow, while ensuring accurate financial records, timely filings and robust internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, and bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations
- Taxation & compliance: GST returns, TDS, Income Tax and Companies Act compliance
- Process monthly payroll with PF, ESI,
Professional Tax and LWF compliance
- Prepare budgets and MIS reports, and analyse cost and profitability trends
- Manage cash flow, working capital and banking documentation
- Support audits and strengthen internal controls
Technical Skills
GST, TDS, Income Tax, Zoho Books, Zoho People, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP), budgeting & MIS
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, EPC or service industries is an advantage.
