Job SummaryLinax Interio is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the company's accounting and financial activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, payment receipts, and vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain cash books, bank books, and general ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
- Maintain vendor accounts and track customer outstanding payments.
- Assist with GST calculations, documentation, and return filing.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, bills, and financial documents.




- Prepare monthly accounting reports and assist with financial statements.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices.
- Use Tally Prime and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com or a relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and meet deadlines.
