? We’re Hiring | Accountant (CA Final/Inter)

We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant (CA Final/Inter) to join our team!

The ideal candidate should have completed CA Articleship and be currently pursuing CA Final. CA Final-qualified candidates will be given preference.

? Key Responsibilities1. Payments & Bank Reconciliation

- Ensure timely processing of payments as per organizational schedules.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

2. Accounting & Tally Management
- Record all cash and bank payments in Tally with proper supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of bank receipts and transactions.
- Record salary payable entries and ensure timely updates in Tally.

3. Payment Tracking & Documentation
- Update the Purchase Approval Follow-up Sheet and Payment List after every transaction.
- Maintain systematic records of bank and cash vouchers.

4. Taxation & TDS Compliance
- Calculate and deduct TDS on applicable payments, including advances, in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns and ensure timely monthly TDS payments.

5. Vendor Advance Management
- Periodically review outstanding vendor advances and coordinate for timely settlement.

6. Audit & Due Diligence
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence activities.




- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

? Eligibility & Requirements
- CA Final candidate; CA Final-qualified candidates preferred.
- Completion of CA Articleship is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

? Compensation & Advantages
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
- Work Location: In-person
