WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTABLE MANAGER – AVIATION (NSOP)

Location: Delhi NCR, India

We are looking for an experienced aviation professional to lead overall business operations, regulatory compliance, safety management, and organisational performance for an aviation operator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall aviation operations and ensure compliance with applicable DGCA regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs), CAP 3100, and relevant ICAO standards.
- Provide leadership in Safety Management Systems (SMS), risk management, and occurrence reporting.




- Ensure adequate financial resources, staffing, and operational support.
- Coordinate with DGCA for regulatory approvals, inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure effective coordination between departments.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Candidate Requirements:

- 15+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of aviation management experience.
- Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations, CARs, CAP 3100, SMS, and applicable ICAO Annexes.
- Experience in senior aviation leadership and regulatory compliance.
- Previous experience as an Accountable Manager or senior aviation postholder is preferred.
- Exposure to NSOP, charter operations, or business aviation will be an advantage.
- Robust leadership, decision-making, financial management, and communication skills.
