Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting, data entry, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle data entry of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist with account reconciliation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.




- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding payments and invoices.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accounting records.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and data entry tasks.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and data entry.
- Positive knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
