We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive
? Preferred locations: Delhi / Dehradun
? Experience: 0–2 years
What we’re looking for
· B.Com, BBA/MBA (Finance) or a related degree
· Sound understanding of accounting principles
· Working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
· Familiarity with Tally, Xero, QuickBooks or similar is a plus
· Attention to detail, numerical accuracy and a willingness to learn
· Valuable written and verbal communication
What you’ll do
· Prepare and send GST-compliant sales invoices and track billing cycles
· Monitor customer balances, follow up on overdue payments and allocate receipts (AR)
· Review vendor invoices, match POs with goods received, schedule payments and process expense claims (AP)
· Reconcile bank statements with the ledger regularly (BRS)
