Role

You will handle day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally or similar accounting software
- Record sales, purchase, expense, and bank entries, and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare and file GST returns and reconcile them with purchase data
- Calculate, deduct, and file TDS; handle PF, ESI, and skilled tax where applicable
- Manage vendor payments, payables, and receivables follow-up
- Maintain inventory and stock-related entries, where applicable
- Prepare monthly MIS reports: P&L;, cash flow, and expense summaries
- Support the CA in audits, income tax returns, and ROC filings
- Keep invoices, vouchers,



and agreements properly documented and filed

Requirements

- B.Com or M.Com (CA Inter or equivalent is a plus)
- 3 to 6 years of accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Proficient in Tally and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with monthly deadlines
- Good communication in English and Hindi

Good to have

- Experience handling multiple entities or group accounting
- Exposure to import/export documentation

Salary: Rs 30,000 to Rs 45,000 per month, based on experience

Location: Mumbai (on-site)
