Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position located in Lucknow.

The Assistant

Manager will support project planning and execution, coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors, and assist in monitoring project timelines and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining documentation, tracking progress against project plans, and supporting adherence to safety and quality standards.



The role also involves communicating updates to senior managers, resolving minor operational issues, and contributing to process improvements on site.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate construction activities, manage schedules, and support project delivery on site.
- Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and basic use of project management and office software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
