Designation: Asst Manager / Manager - Marketing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing all marketing activities. Candidate will implement both online & offline marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. Candidate should have a strong B2B marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Executing all online & offline marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote UPS products and strengthen brand positioning.




- Develop marketing collaterals, product presentations, brochures, case studies, and technical content.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, lead conversion, and return on marketing investment.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports, campaign updates, and performance MIS for management review.
- Application-wise Database Development & Management
- Generate business leads and identify new market opportunities across various target segments
- Experience in content writing & copy creation for newsletters, website, LinkedIn posts and social media platforms etc.
- Executing Email marketing campaigns and delivering results through qualitative leads
- Knowledge of Google Adwords Campaign & SEO techniques
- Event planning and management of all exhibitions, conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars etc.

Qualifications:

- Graduate, MBA (Preferable)
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
