About the Role:

DSS Imagetech Pvt. Ltd. offers specialised products and solutions across the healthcare and life sciences segments. Under its Hannahealth brand, the company promotes equipment and solutions for the IVF and assisted reproductive technology (ART) segment.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales qualified to drive business growth for Hannahealth’s IVF equipment portfolio across Mumbai and the assigned territory. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building relationships with hospitals, IVF centres, fertility clinics and laboratories, and achieving sales targets.

Candidates with experience in medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory instruments, scientific equipment or healthcare sales are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in IVF equipment sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of IVF equipment, including microscopes, CO₂ incubators, micromanipulators and laminar flow systems, across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, IVF centres, fertility clinics, laboratories and relevant healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads, conduct customer visits, deliver product presentations and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve business closures.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products in coordination with the application and technical teams.
- Coordinate with service and application teams to facilitate product demonstrations, resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.




- Develop territory-wise sales plans, maintain sales forecasts and submit regular sales and activity reports.
- Maintain updated customer records, sales pipelines and business opportunities in the CRM system.
- Plan and undertake regular customer visits and travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, diagnostic equipment, laboratory instruments, scientific equipment or healthcare products.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads, develop new accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Preferred Experience:

Experience selling IVF equipment, laboratory instruments, research equipment or scientific products to hospitals, fertility clinics, diagnostic centres, laboratories or research institutions will be an added advantage.
