: Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support the hotel's marketing activities, promote its services, increase brand visibility, and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation.

Support digital marketing activities, including online promotions and advertising.

Coordinate with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and business partners.

Promote hotel rooms, restaurant services, banquets, and special offers.

Assist in developing marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in achieving business and revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.

Solid communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
