Role Description The Assistant Manager – Maintenance and Utility is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for supervising day-to-day maintenance operations, including planning and executing preventive maintenance activities for equipment and utilities. The individual will monitor equipment performance, diagnose issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure minimal downtime for production and facility systems.

The role involves managing maintenance records, supporting compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource use.

Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and contribute to the long-term reliability of plant infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, task allocation, and performance monitoring.




- Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills to diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure safe operation of machinery and utilities.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills to plan schedules, manage maintenance documentation, and reduce equipment downtime.
- Candidates should have knowledge of industrial safety practices, utility systems (such as electrical, HVAC, and compressed air), and basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, automotive, or e-mobility environments, with familiarity in maintenance standards and regulatory requirements, is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technical qualification, is desirable.
- Ability to work in office in Faridabad, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
