- Plan, develop, and maintain landscaping and horticultural activities across residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams for landscape planning and execution.
- Oversee planting, irrigation, lawn care, pruning, pest control, and overall garden maintenance.
- Lead and manage horticulture teams, gardeners, and external contractors.
- Implement sustainable landscaping initiatives including water-productive irrigation, native plantations, rooftop gardens, and vertical greenery.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and horticulture budgets.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and quality landscaping practices.
- Maintain tree inventory records and manage documentation related to Tree Authority approvals, permissions, transplantation, and compliance requirements.
