? We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager - Retail Design & Delivery (RDD)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – RDD to join our team in Calicut, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in civil engineering, architectural design, retail fit-outs, and project execution, with the ability to manage site activities and ensure compliance with design standards and project timelines.

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, design, develop, and execute retail store fit-out projects.
- Conduct site inspections, analyze site conditions, and resolve technical issues.
- Supervise civil and fit-out works, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, technical details, sketches, and renders.
- Review and incorporate vendor drawings at the site office using AutoCAD.
- Ensure shop fit-out works comply with retail standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, the Leasing Department, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports,



and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide design inputs, space-planning solutions, and creative recommendations to improve project outcomes.
- Ensure effective project execution through timely decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Proven experience in civil engineering, architectural design, or retail fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design visualization software such as 3Ds Max or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, space planning, concept development, and FF&E.;
- Experience in retail, commercial, and residential projects.
- Knowledge of site layouts, grading, utility design, and regulatory approvals.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of BIM and rendering tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign will be an advantage.
- Strong project management, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and deliver results within project deadlines.
