Key Responsibilities
- Prepare maintenance plans and ensure effective execution.
- Manage equipment breakdowns, minimize downtime, and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage critical spares, maintenance materials, and maintenance costs.
- Supervise the maintenance team and monitor performance.
- Ensure safety, ISO compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and preventive maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive planning, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of equipment reliability, ISO, safety, MS Office, and CMMS.
