About the Role

We’re looking for an AM – Civil Maintenance to oversee the upkeep of civil structures, drive timely repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards across our facilities based in Kaharani, Rajasthan.

Responsibilities

- To conduct routine inspections of buildings, roads and other civil structures.
- To execute repairs and maintenance tasks on civil structures, including concrete work, masonry, and carpentry.
- Address issues such as cracks, leaks, and damages promptly and efficiently.
- To Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for civil maintenance work.
- To maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made, materials used,



and work completed.
- To. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
- To Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- To Work closely with other maintenance personnel and departments to address interdisciplinary issues.
- Coordinate with supervisors to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Participate in emergency response drills and activities.
- Stay informed about advancements in civil maintenance techniques and technologies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with OHSAS standards for workplace health and safety in all tasks and activities..

Qualifications

- Educational Qualification/Experience: Graduate in Civil engineering or related study
- Advanced diploma and/or certification is considered a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in all fields of site maintenance work with responsibility for all processes and task in the daily business.
