- Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of NHAI highway projects.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Supervise construction works related to Highways, Roads, Bridges, Box Culverts, RCC Structures, Drainage, and other infrastructure works.
- Ensure execution of Bridges and Box Culverts as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with NHAI officials, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure construction activities comply with NHAI and MoRTH specifications and standards.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with planning and execution teams to achieve project milestones within the scheduled time.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, measurements, and billing.
- Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering, earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, drainage, and structural works.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and quality compliance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is executed as per contractual requirements.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, inspection reports, site instructions, and project correspondence.
- Assist the Project Manager during NHAI/Authority inspections, site meetings, and progress review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, billing, planning, and execution teams.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets for time, cost, quality, and safety.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in highway/infrastructure construction.
- Experience in NHAI/National Highway projects preferred.
- Experience in Bridges, Box Culverts, and Highway Construction is required/preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MoRTH specifications, NHAI requirements, and construction practices.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
