The successful candidate will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on AWS platforms. You will build intelligent AI agents using Amazon Bedrock and AWS AI services while architecting scalable multi-agent and autonomous workflows. The role involves developing RAG-based applications that leverage vector search and knowledge retrieval to drive business value.

You will implement LLM-powered solutions and optimize Generative AI models for specific business use cases while ensuring ethical deployment through responsible AI frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience 7+ Years

- Extensive experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering with a focus on scalable systems.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions on AWS platforms.
- Proficiency with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, and related AWS AI services.
- Strong understanding of classical AI/ML, Advanced Neural Networks, and Generative AI models.




- Comprehensive knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
- Experience designing and implementing multi-agent or autonomous AI workflows.
- Foundational understanding of evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI practices.
- Professional experience within the Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industries.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills
- Advanced certifications in AWS Machine Learning Specialty or Cloud Architecture.
- Experience leading technical design reviews and guiding engineering teams.
- Exposure to presales activities and solution demonstrations for global healthcare clients.
- Knowledge of Indian data privacy regulations and healthcare compliance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities You will lead technical innovation by architecting AWS-native solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. You will collaborate with stakeholders to synthesize business challenges into AI-driven solutions and guide engineering teams through the development lifecycle. A key part of this role is establishing robust model evaluation and guardrails to ensure ethical AI deployment.
