About Shizzy

Shizzy is a digital marketing and technology agency in Gurugram. We run performance marketing, content, social media and branding for brands in publishing, consumer tech, health and D2C, along with our own in-house brands. Our strategy is strong. Now we want our creative work to be just as strong.

The role

This is not a "give instructions and sit back" role. You'll think of the idea, then design it yourself.

What you'll own

- Turning marketing briefs into 2–3 strong concepts: the hook, the angle, the visual world
- Designing high-impact Meta and Instagram ads, with multiple variations for testing
- Setting the visual direction for each brand we handle
- Leading and reviewing the work of our graphic designer and video editor
- Planning and directing shoots: product photography,



model shoots and on-location shoots
- Branding, catalogues and campaign key visuals
- Working as a pair with our content strategist, so words and visuals are built together
- Bringing fresh ideas every month, not just executing briefs

What we expect

- 4–7 years of agency experience
- A portfolio of campaigns and ads with clear ideas behind them, not just pretty posts
- Hands-on skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma, plus basic video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
- Experience directing or planning shoots
- A robust sense of what makes people stop scrolling
- Full-time, from our Gurugram office
