We are looking for motivated and results-driven Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to join our Sales & Business Development team and strengthen our presence across Delhi.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Build professional relationships with doctors, microbiologists, infection control teams, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management.
- Conduct hospital visits, introduce our products, and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product features and advantages.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, demonstrations, and sales opportunities.
- Drive territory development and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and records of hospital visits.




- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and after-sales requirements.
- Develop sales and distribution networks within the assigned territory.
- Build a strong understanding of the local market and identify business growth opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, B.Pharm, BBA, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or hospital sales.
- Experience in sales, distribution, and business development.
- Good knowledge of the local market and established customer relationship skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to undertake field visits and travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of developing new business opportunities.
