About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead business development and sales activities across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing key accounts, managing dealer/distributor networks, and expanding the company’s B2B business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Drive B2B sales, channel sales, institutional sales, and corporate sales.
- Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, OEMs, system integrators, corporate clients, and institutional customers.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead territory expansion and identify new market opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities and pricing.
- Handle key accounts and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and territory-wise business plans.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Provide market feedback to management regarding customer requirements, competition, and product opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members where required.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in B2B and channel sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong dealer/distributor and key-account management skills.
- Ability to develop current markets and business opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in CCTV, surveillance, security products, electronics, networking, IT products, OEM, system integrators, or other technology products is mandatory.
