Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.



The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and schedules.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Revit, utilizing it to create detailed 3D models and coordinate with other engineering disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating structural, mechanical, piping, and civil inputs, and integrating designs with engineering teams to deliver cohesive project solutions. The role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and facility owners, reviewing design documents for compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting document certifications where needed.

The Architect will also participate in design reviews, contribute to value engineering, and support implementation of design integration practices and digital tools.
