Role Description The Architect role at PEC GREENING INDIA is a full time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed drawings and plans, and ensure designs align with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with consultants and project teams, overseeing design integration with engineering and environmental systems, and participating in client meetings to understand project needs.

The role involves managing timelines, supporting project documentation,



and contributing to sustainable design strategies that meet performance and aesthetic objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in sustainable or green building projects.
- Ability to collaborate on Integration of architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and environmental systems.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination of stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts or relevant design and modeling tools (e.g., CAD/BIM) for effective digital workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of local building codes, green building standards, and sustainability frameworks (e.g., IGBC, LEED or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to present design solutions clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
