We are seeking an experienced and visionary IAM Architect to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of our enterprise Identity and Access Management systems. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our security infrastructure, ensuring that the right individuals have appropriate access to critical technology resources. You will work closely with security teams, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders to secure our digital ecosystem against unauthorized access while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture Design: Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise IAM roadmap and architecture framework encompassing single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based/attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC), and privileged access management (PAM).

Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee automated user provisioning, de-provisioning, identity governance, and administration (IGA) processes across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Security & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with industry regulations and standards (such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and internal security policies.

Integration & Implementation: Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate IAM services with enterprise applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SaaS solutions using standard protocols like OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC),



SAML, and LDAP.

Privileged Access Security: Implement robust controls for managing and auditing privileged accounts, service accounts, and secrets to mitigate insider threats and credential theft.

Troubleshooting & Escalation: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for complex IAM-related issues, performing root-cause analysis and guiding remediation strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging identity trends, technologies, and zero-trust architectures to continually enhance the organization's security posture.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 7–10 years of IT experience, with at least 4–5 years specifically focused on designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale IAM transformation projects in complex enterprise environments.

Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of IAM protocols and standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).

Hands-on experience with leading IAM and IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArk).

Solid knowledge of cloud security and IAM implementations in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) and API security best practices.

Certifications
