Job Role – Aptitude Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Aptitude Trainer to train college students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare students for campus placements and competitive assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct aptitude training sessions for college students to enhance their problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and data interpretation.
- Develop lesson plans, practice materials, mock tests, and assessment activities.
- Prepare students for campus recruitment drives, placement examinations, and competitive assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.




- Coordinate with college faculty and the training operations team to ensure effective training delivery.
- Track student progress and prepare regular training and performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 4 years of experience in aptitude training, preferably in a college placement training setting.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in conducting mock tests and placement-oriented training sessions.
- Candidates with prior experience in engineering college training, campus placement preparation, and employability skills development will be preferred.
