Role Description The Marketing Director role at Learnosphere is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Marketing

Director will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and user acquisition. This role involves overseeing market planning, managing marketing campaigns across channels, guiding market research efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Director will also work closely with sales teams to support revenue objectives, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, with the ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, understand audience needs, and inform decision-making.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams, with skills in Sales strategy support and lead generation.
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams or projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in edtech or education services is a plus.
