Role Description The Analyst role at Faber Infinite Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the design of consulting solutions for client projects. The Analyst collaborates with senior consultants to map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and track project performance metrics.

The role also involves conducting market and industry research, assisting in client workshops and capacity-building sessions, and contributing to internal knowledge development. The position requires strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving,



and the ability to work effectively with diverse client teams in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate practical recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools for data analysis, modeling, and professional presentations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing client reports, documentation, and delivering clear, concise insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a consulting project setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, statistics, management, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Interest in management consulting, organizational transformation, and capacity building, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Relevant internship or work experience in consulting, analytics, operations, or related fields is beneficial.
- Comfort with on-site client interaction in Aurangabad and readiness to travel for client engagements if required.
