? Pune-based candidates only: this role is on-site in Pimpri every day, and we're not considering relocation right now.

Were you the one running the college fest while everyone else just showed up?

The tech club lead. The hackathon organiser. The person who anchored the event, pitched the sponsors, and somehow knew everyone on campus.

We're looking for you.

About Prepreater

Prepreater is an applied AI and software studio in Pune. We build AI Staff Bots, websites, and automation solutions that help businesses work smarter. We don't just build demos. We put our products to work in real businesses.

The role

- You'll take AI out of the lab and into the real world.
- You'll meet business owners, understand their problems, show them how our products can help, and get them started. You'll work directly with the founder, interact with real clients, and learn how AI products are sold and implemented in actual businesses.
- You don't need to be an AI expert. We'll teach you our products.

What you'll do

- Visit businesses across Pune, including shops, clinics, offices, and startups.
- Talk to business owners and identify where our AI solutions can help them save time or win customers.
- Run live demos and show clients what's possible with AI.
- Get clients set up on our products. We'll train you.
- Make sure everything works for the client, and be the person they can turn to for help.
- Help close deals and earn commission on every deal you help close.
- Share ideas to improve our products and how we reach new customers.

You'll fit if you

- Have organised college events, led a student club, anchored shows, or handled sponsorships and outreach.
- Come from a BE/BTech (CS/IT) or MBA background,

graduated or in your final year, but enjoy working with people as much as technology.
- Can walk into a room full of strangers and start a conversation.
- Enjoy explaining technology to people who've never used it before.
- Speak Hindi and/or Marathi, along with English.
- Take initiative, learn quickly, and don't wait to be told every step.
- You don't need to know everything about AI already. You just need curiosity, confidence, and the willingness to learn.

Nice to have

- Experience in sales, business development, event management, sponsorships, or college outreach.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, APIs, or basic software projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or automation.

What you get

- ₹10,000/month fixed stipend for 3 months, plus commission on every deal you help close.
- Direct mentorship from the founder.
- Hands-on experience bringing AI products into real businesses.
- Exposure to clients, product demonstrations, onboarding, and startup growth.
- An internship certificate and an opportunity to discuss a full-time role after 3 months for top performers.
