Role overview

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy self-hosted NLP and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use.

Responsibilities

- Develop text classification, named entity recognition, summarisation, and RAG workflows.
- Fine-tune open-weight LLMs using techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.
- Deploy and serve models using vLLM, TGI, Ollama, or similar tools.
- Build model APIs and containerised applications using FastAPI and Docker.
- Evaluate model performance, calibration, privacy, and PII handling.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in AI/ML or equivalent.
- 5+ years of ML engineering experience, with NLP and GenAI systems deployed in production.
- Strong Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers skills.




- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and self-hosted inference.

Valuable to have

- Indian-language NLP or speech-to-text experience.
- BFSI or legal-domain experience.
- MLOps, MLflow, and vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of data protection, DPDP Act 2023, RBI guidance, or model risk management.
