Role Description The AI Business Strategy Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for shaping and executing AI-driven strategies that support the company’s business objectives. This role involves identifying opportunities where AI can improve operations, customer experience, and revenue growth, and translating these opportunities into actionable roadmaps. The AI Business Strategy Manager will collaborate with leadership, data and technology teams, and business units to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and oversee pilot initiatives and implementations.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitive analysis, building business cases, monitoring performance metrics for AI initiatives, and preparing clear, data-backed presentations and reports for stakeholders.



The manager will also help establish governance practices, manage risk, and ensure that AI deployment aligns with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business strategy, business analysis, and strategic planning to identify, prioritize, and design AI use cases that deliver measurable value.
- Proficiency in data analysis, quantitative modeling, and performance measurement to interpret complex data and track outcomes of AI initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and digital transformation practices to effectively communicate with technical teams and vendors.
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee implementation timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to build robust business cases for AI investments.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in AI, analytics, or strategy are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment in Raipur, with a proactive, ethical, and results-oriented approach.
