Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate-level Adobe Workfront Expert with 2–4 years of relevant experience and solid expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets/DAM), Adobe

Workfront workflow design and configuration, taxonomy, metadata models, and governance frameworks.

The role will focus on designing future-state content supply chain workflows, configuring

Workfront workflows, and enabling scalable integrations across AEM Assets, Adobe

Workfront, Brand Portal, and other content lifecycle systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of optimizing content operations, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end, future-state content supply chain workflows to support efficient content creation, review, approval, and distribution.
- Configure Adobe Workfront workflows covering intake and request management,

brief creation, approvals, review cycles, handoffs, workflow tracking, and reporting.
- Optimize existing workflows to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times,

increase operational visibility, and strengthen compliance.
- Design integrations between AEM Assets (Digital Asset Management), Adobe

Workfront,



Brand Portal, and other content lifecycle systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow, metadata synchronization, and workflow orchestration across integrated platforms.
- Define scalable integration architectures using APIs and connectors.
- Establish and maintain taxonomy structures, metadata models, and governance frameworks to support consistent content management.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective workflow and integration designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, and content workflow management.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets/DAM).
- Strong expertise in Adobe Workfront workflow design and configuration.
- Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata models, and governance frameworks.
- Experience designing content supply chain workflows and configuring intake,

approval, review, tracking, and reporting processes.
- Ability to design integrations and scalable integration architectures using APIs and connectors.
- Understanding of metadata synchronization and workflow orchestration across content management platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
