Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students about our clinical research and life sciences training programs and assist them throughout the admission process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and respond to course inquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with registration and documentation.
- Maintain student records and update lead trackers.
- Achieve admission targets and coordinate with internal teams.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and a student-focused approach.
- Kannada and English proficiency preferred.
EligibilityAny graduate can apply. Freshers are welcome. Experience in counselling, telecalling, customer service, or admissions will be an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
