Role Description The Admissions Outreach role is a full-time hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves engaging with prospective students and families through calls, emails, in-person meetings, and virtual sessions to provide information about programs, admission processes, and campus life. The individual will conduct outreach campaigns to schools, coaching centers, and educational partners, organize and participate in admission events, fairs, and webinars, and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in admissions systems.





Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries promptly, guiding applicants through the application and documentation process, and collaborating with academic and marketing teams to align outreach messaging with university objectives. The role also includes contributing to local marketing initiatives, providing feedback on outreach effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement of the admissions experience.

- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience to explain academic programs, curricula, and career pathways in a clear and informative manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, business, or related fields.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education marketing is an asset.
- Comfort with CRM or admissions management tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple tasks
