Glück Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team on a Work From Home basis.

? Role: Admission Counsellor

? Location: Tamil Nadu | Remote

? Salary: ₹20,000/month

? Job Type: Full-time

?️ Tamil: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain courses, admission procedures, and program details clearly.
- Follow up consistently with leads and support the enrolment process.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records.




- Work towards individual and team admission targets.
- Provide regular updates on lead and admission progress.

? What We’re Looking For
- Solid Tamil communication skills — mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, patient, and persuasive communication style.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Web, email, and basic CRM tools.

⭐ Preferred Experience Experience in admissions counselling, education sales, telesales, customer service, or lead handling will be an added advantage.
