- Acquire new Government Relationship Accounts from Government Departments, PSUs, Municipal Corporations, Educational Institutions, and other Government-linked organizations.
- Source salary accounts and liability business from government employees.
- Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders in government organizations.
- Liaise with Department Heads, Administrative Officers, DDOs (Drawing & Disbursing Officers), and other decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Customer Acquisition.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
