Are you detail-oriented, good with numbers, and experienced in managing customer payments and outstanding receivables? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join our growing team at AVCOM India!

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable records

✅ Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collections

✅ Perform customer account reconciliations

✅ Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely collections

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies

✅ Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing





? Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

✔️ Valuable knowledge of Excel and accounting software/ERP systems

✔️ Strong communication, follow-up, and reconciliation skills
