We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Academic Coordinator who can strengthen academic standards, improve teaching quality, and contribute to the overall development of our school.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Classes: Nursery to Class 8
Medium of Instruction: English
Location: Quila Road, Dharmu Nala, Bajbahadur, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage academic planning, syllabus completion, and teaching standards.
Conduct regular teacher training, classroom observations, and performance reviews.
Improve students' spoken English, communication skills, and confidence.
Maintain robust discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment.
Monitor academic progress and improve examination results.
Ensure teacher accountability and effective classroom management.
Strengthen parent communication, student retention, and admission growth.
Work closely with the School Management to implement academic improvement strategies.
Take Mathematics/Science classes when required, subject to qualifications and school requirements.
Develop a strong academic system with clear targets and measurable results.

CANDIDATE PROFILE




Minimum 8–10 years of relevant teaching or academic leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and team-management skills.
Excellent command of English and the ability to improve spoken English among teachers and students.
Ability to train teachers, maintain discipline, and deliver measurable academic improvements.
A hardworking, honest, dedicated, and growth-oriented skilled.

SALARY & CAREER GROWTH

₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
