Job Description (JD) – QC Officer Fresher

Department: Quality Control (QC) Industry: Pharmaceutical Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

Job Responsibilities
Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products under supervision.
Assist in laboratory testing as per approved specifications and Standard Testing Procedures (STP).
Maintain laboratory records, worksheets, logbooks, and analytical data.
Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Assist in the preparation and handling of laboratory reagents and solutions.
Support instrument calibration, verification, and maintenance activities.
Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the QC laboratory.
Report any out-of-specification (OOS) or abnormal test results to the senior QC team.
Ensure proper sample labeling, storage, and documentation.




Assist senior analysts in routine QC laboratory activities.

Educational Qualification
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
Relevant pharmaceutical or chemical laboratory qualification.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety.
Understanding of basic analytical and chemical testing.
Valuable documentation and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Willingness to learn laboratory instruments and testing procedures.

Pharmaceutical industry or laboratory internship experience will be an advantage.
Candidates should be detail-oriented and willing to work in a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
