Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and provide effective solutions to customer queries and concerns. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a skilled attitude while handling customers through calls, chats, or emails. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails in a skilled manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services,



and processes - Resolve customer complaints efficiently within the defined timelines - Maintain customer records and update necessary details in the system - Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Qualifications: - Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate - Good verbal and written communication skills - Basic computer knowledge - Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required) - Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
