We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to manage client communication, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and employee coordination.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to new and existing clients.
Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, requirements, orders, and pending responses.
Schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
Coordinate with employees regarding daily tasks, appointments, and client updates.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into business prospects.
Maintain client databases, calling records, and follow-up schedules.
Send appointment reminders and ensure timely communication.
Handle incoming calls and resolve basic client queries professionally.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
