Job Title: Immigration Consultant (Remote – India)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant based in India to join our team for remote work. The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration services, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries via email
Prepare files, gather paperwork, timely submission of applications to embassy
Provide accurate information about Canada visa requirements and other countries’ immigration processes
Assist clients throughout the application process
Maintain qualified communication and client records
Be readily available to respond to client calls and messages

Requirements:
Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related field
Strong knowledge of Canada visa requirements (knowledge of other countries is an asset)
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)




Ability to speak Punjabi and Hindi
Robust customer service and problem-solving skills
Must be reliable and responsive during working hours

Work Schedule:
Overnight shift: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (IST)
