About the Role

Vyas Enterprises is a manufacturer and supplier of agarbatti raw materials, serving customers across India since 2016. We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
Call customers and explain product details, quality, and pricing.
Follow up with interested customers and pending enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and assist them with product selection.
Maintain customer records and update enquiry status.
Coordinate with the team regarding orders and customer queries.

Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
Previous sales or telecalling experience preferred.
Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
