Field Support Engineer - IT Hardware

Location: Ranchi / Jamshedpur / Hazaribagh
Minimum 1 year experience in IT Hardware Support.
IT Hardware certification mandatory.
Diploma (EEE/ECE/ECT/Computer Science) preferred.
Knowledge of desktop, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
Laptop repair knowledge preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
Willing to travel extensively for onsite customer support.
Field job involving customer visits and hardware maintenance activities.

We are a leading IT Infrastructure Services company operating across 21 states with more than 350 engineers, providing IT Hardware Maintenance and Facility Management Services (FMS) to government and corporate customers.

Responsibilities
Attend onsite service calls at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware issues.
Perform installation, maintenance, and replacement of IT hardware components.
Ensure timely closure of service requests and update service reports.
Travel to customer sites as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Hardware Support.
IT Hardware certification is mandatory.
Diploma/Polytechnic in EEE, ECE, ECT, Computer Science, or related disciplines preferred.
Valuable knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer,



and peripheral troubleshooting.
Laptop repair knowledge will be an added advantage.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
Must be willing to travel for onsite customer support activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
