Job description

. Monitor daily warranty claims status in customer portal and ensure timely approval

· Field returned parts Verify & Update Warranty Tracking Sheet

· Warranty part analysis & report preparation

· Prepare and Submit action plan for Low Km Issues

· Warrnaty parts analysis report submit to customer

· Warranty debit note Vs portal data matching & reporting

· Warranty part GST invoice follow up with customer & submission to Finance dept

· Joint Inspection with customer for low kilometer Issue at dealer end

· Replace field failure parts without debit note

· Warranty dashboard preared & update submited to customers

· Warranty parts analysis reports review with customer and report preparation





· Conduct dealer / service team training for warranty process and failed part handling

· Coordinate with logistics for warranty part collection and delivery

· QRE salary aproval preparation and submit to finance team

· Warranty parts scrap approval make

· Warranty parts courier approval making and closing

· Received warranty parts physical qty and portal debit status tracking sheet updation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
