Job Description: HR Executive

Company: Car Dealership
Location: Showroom
Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, and attendance records.
Handle HR operations, employee documentation, and personnel records.
Manage general administration and day-to-day showroom activities.
Ensure timely processing of salaries, leave management, and employee data updates.
Coordinate with management regarding HR policies and employee-related matters.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in HR, payroll management, and general administration.
Positive knowledge of payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software is preferred.
Candidates with automobile dealership or showroom experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
