We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the smooth functioning of the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle Tally for accounting entries, invoicing, ledgers, and related activities.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
Assist with monthly and periodic financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payment-related matters.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of Tally is required.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
