Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in loan sales through Direct or DSA channels
Product Knowledge: Home Loans and Mortgage Loans
Key Skills
Solid knowledge of Home Loan and Mortgage Loan products
Basic understanding of credit assessment and customer eligibility
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to generate business through direct sourcing and DSA channels
Solid customer acquisition and sales management skills
Key Responsibilities
Generate Home Loan and Mortgage Loan business through direct and DSA channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and other referral partners.
Identify potential customers and manage the complete sales process.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth case processing and disbursement.
Achieve assigned business targets.
