Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager – Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field.
Minimum 6–7 years of experience in Hotel Sales / Hospitality Sales.
Robust corporate and local market networking is mandatory.
Good knowledge and established contacts within the Gandhidham / Kutch (Kachchh) corporate market will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the local business, industrial, and corporate market in Gandhidham and Kutch.
Experience in corporate sales, local sales, business development, and key account management.
Ability to generate current business and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
Strong skills in client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and conversion.
Ability to identify recent business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




Valuable knowledge of hotel products, room sales, banquet sales, and corporate contracting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to conduct corporate visits, client meetings, sales calls, and market visits.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting/MIS.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Candidates with strong Gandhidham/Kutch corporate connections and local market exposure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
