About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, drive business expansion, and manage high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, commercial understanding, and expertise in B2B, B2C, Institutional, and Project Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Growth
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for business expansion
Monitor profitability, pricing, and sales performance

Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Expand market reach through strategic partnerships and channels

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams
Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
Drive accountability and target achievement

Sales Operations
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Monitor conversion ratios and forecasting accuracy




Ensure CRM updates and reporting discipline

Client Relationship Management
Build robust relationships with key customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Handle escalations and maintain service excellence

Market & Strategy
Track market trends and competitor activities
Support leadership with business growth initiatives
Recommend pricing and market positioning strategies

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA preferred
8–12 years overall sales/business development experience
5–8 years handling B2B, B2C, Institutional & Project Sales
Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with CRM, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management

Preferred Profile
Experience in Furniture / Modular / Interior industry
Robust stakeholder management and deal closure skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
