Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify reliable suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Purchase Order Management: Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs) through to fulfillment.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, and cross-verify physical stock with system records.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key vendors while evaluating their performance regularly.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any shipping discrepancies or damages.
